Where is ROSEOVERDOSE located?

We are located in Kazanlak, the Rose Valley in Bulgaria.

Do you have rosewater and rose oil samples?

No, we don't. Some of our products, like the rose oil for example are 1 ml or gr micro-doses if you would like to try a highly concentrated rose dose without breaking the bank.

Which currency is used in the web-store?

The currency used in the web-store is Euro. To convert the Euro amount to any other amount you can get an estimation here: Please note that this is an estimate and the actual conversion may be different.

Do you ship to all countries?

To see if we are able to ship to your country, please follow the steps in the checkout. If we are not able to deliver to your country, you will not be able to complete your order.

What are the shipping costs? 

The actual shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address. Please log in to your web-store account and select your delivery address to see the applicable shipping costs for your order.

Shipping is free to the following countries for orders of €200 or more: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

For all other countries, we offer free shipping for orders of €400 or more. The shipping costs for your order are displayed while processing the order on the web-store.

What are my shipping options?

ROSEOVERDOSE uses DHL, FedEx and/or local carriers for worldwide deliveries. 

Note 1: We do not ship to any forwarding couriers (like Aramex), since they are unable to ship/forward perfumery products. Please use the final destination of your order as your delivery address.

Note 2: When you place an order, please try to avoid giving a P.O. box. Please use a physical address and include a telephone number.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been placed and your payment has been cleared, it will usually be shipped out within the next 5 business days. Depending on where the parcel ships to, it will arrive between 1 - 3 weeks after the shipping date.

Do I have to pay extra duties and taxes on my purchased items?

Shipping costs will be added to your order. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) or to the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, you can do this by sending an email to . Please state the order number found in your order confirmation and which items you wish to cancel. If the order has already been sent to you, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.

How do I return an item?

Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, send an email to and let us know you wish to send back your product. If the product is faulty, please let us know what is wrong. Wait for a confirmation e-mail from us. This e-mail will also include instructions for sending back the product, and the address you can send it to.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within one week of the return of the product. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us. How can I pay for my order?

We use PayPal as partners to process payment for your order. Their service offers the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and others.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, it is. PayPal is an international online payment service provider. Payment details are entered over a secure SSL link to PayPal, who will then authorize the payment after checking the details that have been entered. Credit card details entered in the webstore are kept securely by PayPal and are not transmitted to ROSEOVERDOSE.

How do I know that my connection is safe?

How to find a product?

On the opening page, you can see some of our products and in the shop page you can see the rest. Click on the product you are interested in. This will take you to the information page of the product.

How can I order a product?

To add products to your shopping bag, use the 'Add to Cart' button. Your order will not be placed until you proceed to Check out for confirmation and payment. To proceed to Check out, click the link 'Check Out' in the lower right corner of your cart. Review your order and delivery information, then click Continue. Fill out your payment information and click Buy to confirm the order. A preliminary order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Do I need to register?
